Marlee has worked in healthcare for nearly 27 years.
In 1995 she graduated from Clayton College and State University with her Medical Assisting Certification. After approximately 15 years working as a CMA Marlee was looking to further her education and gain more experience in the medical field. In 2011 she enrolled at Southern Crescent Community College and earned an Associates of Applied Science degree and became a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
Upon graduation she was employed in the hospital setting in the Radiology department for the next ten years. Having worked in both the medical office setting and the hospital setting, Marlee understood the need for affordable healthcare.
When approached by Dr. Harris to be a part of her Direct Primary Care practice that offers affordable healthcare options for primary care as well as functional medicine, Marlee embraced the idea. In 2019 Marlee came on board as Office Manager at Harris Internal Medicine. Outside of work she loves to be outdoors in the sunshine, and spend time with her family, whenever possible.
